International certificate of vaccination

Getting this card for my son was not easy. I spoke in my own language and still got lost in the bureaucracy. In Finland most of vaccinations are given by the health-care-centre and it is free of charge. So they gave my son all the necessary vaccinations, but they could not give us this cart to validate the shots. I wanted the card since it is commonly known everywhere. (At least this is what I am hoping.) So I had to go to a private clinic for someone to write everything down in English. It cost money and time, but I am guessing this is only the beginning of our fight against the windmills.
